In response to the interest generated by the current situation regarding Scottsville Magisterial District Supervisor, Christopher J. Dumler, here is an amended version of the petition, drafted for all non-residents of the Scottsville District. NOTE: This is a non-binding petition! It is designed only as a show of support and intent for our brothers and sisters in the Scottsville Magisterial District. However, the same rules apply. If you choose to submit as a single signature petition, you must fill out your information, and have it Notarized. If you choose to captain a group signing, you will be responsible for verification of all who sign. I cannot overstate the importance of the attention to detail and accuracy in this endeavor.
Upon completion, keep all original petitions in your own possession. Then, please make a copy of your notarized petition and deliver the copy to:

What i can't figure out is why Dumler said "I'm thinking about signing it myself."

Chris Dumler continues his total disrespect for all women throughout Albemarle County and far beyond. He has presented himself as “untouchable”, his continuing disregard for authority and his extreme arrogance and behavior should certainly be legitimate reason to have him removed from elective office including any boards or commissions he may currently serve on.
He is a disgrace to our county.
Dumler was charged of forcible sodomy, he will never regain his reputation" by staying on the board, no matter what he doe's for the town, its pure arrogance on his part at this point, that's the real reailty of it, ashame people put blinders on and can't see the big" picture of the real truth encluding himself", he just choose's to dig his whole deeper/ that's his choice, so be it~ if he had one ounce of respect left for himself, he would resign!
