A call to Charlottesville&#8217;s Public Works department assured us that this was just &#8220;air&#8221; in the line. But look how big the bubbles are! And, some bubbles stayed on the surface of this water for at least 20 minutes.</p>
<p>Would you drink water that looked like this? We certainly didn&#8217;t (and haven&#8217;t).</p>
<p>We&#8217;re awaiting a definitive answer from Public Works before we imbibe.</p>
