At Western Albemarle High School in Albemarle County, students have recently raised concerns over a growing number of incidents involving biological males entering the girls’ restrooms, not to use the facilities, but to socialize or linger. Female students have expressed discomfort and have repeatedly voiced these concerns to both the individuals involved and school administrators.
Unfortunately, many feel their concerns are being dismissed, with the explanation that nothing can be done under the inclusivity policy in Albemarle County. This inclusivity policy the guidelines established by the Virginia Department of Education, creating a direct conflict between state guidance and local enforcement.
While we strongly support inclusivity and the right for all individuals to express themselves freely, we also believe that student privacy, comfort, and safety should be treated with equal importance, without bias. This movement is neither religious nor political, and we hope to gain support from everyone.
Our school is equipped with multiple gender-neutral bathrooms that are accessible to anyone who may not feel comfortable in traditionally assigned restrooms. These facilities are specifically designed and provided to ensure that all students feel safe and respected. Because of this, we believe it is inappropriate for biological males to use the women’s restroom, especially when their presence is making others feel unsafe or uncomfortable, which has been repeatedly voiced. The comfort of one student should not be put over that of the majority of the school.
This petition aims to change Albemarle County’s policy to align with state guidelines, ensuring that all students are respected, not just some. This is not an issue of identity or expression, but of fairness, safety, and privacy for everyone.
Our goal is to reach 1000 signatures and get our petition to the Governor in hopes that we, as students, can make some real change. Under no circumstances should males be in the female restroom. PERIOD. As frustrating as this is to the majority of the public and likely most of the females in the school, you undermine your own appeal for justice.
Ladies, you’ve written: “While we strongly support inclusivity and the right for all individuals to express themselves freely, we also believe that student privacy, comfort, and safety should be treated with equal importance, without bias. The principles of inclusion always violate student privacy, comfort, and safety at all times and you undermine your own appeal for justice by supporting both. Neither are compatible with the other and they are opposites. For inclusion to be successful, you must surrender to its principles and accept all the nonsense it promotes, regardless of your traditional values, norms, virtues, mores, as well as your privacy, comfort and safety. You must disbelieve your eyes and common sense. What you’ve accomplished in your writing is doublethink (George Orwell’s 1984). Doublethink means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one’s mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them. Thus, ACPS has successfully indoctrinated you with their propaganda programming.
It is also political, brought to you by a school board whose members, on the pretext of running as an independent, regularly attend Democrat events and adopt and promote Democrat ideology into policy to corrupt thousands of young minds. Is there another political party that also promotes such nonsense of inclusion like rabid dogs?
The school board’s policy is written in such a manner as to make it a cop-out for the board. They are protected either way and the current board isn’t willing to change the policy. They have provided single-occupant restrooms for anyone feeling uncomfortable with the opposite sex invading very private areas such as restrooms and locker rooms. Ladies, you shared, rightfully so, that want privacy, safety and comfort, but your needs are irrelevant because. only way to have it is to use the single occupant facilities.
Gender neutral bathrooms are a fallacy as they are inanimate and designed for a single occupant. Utilization of gender-neutral bathroom is more evidence of the propaganda machine’s success. There’s also no bath in the room either, but we’ll let that one slide for now. No one ever says they are going to use the gender-neutral port-a-potty. They just call it a port-a-potty.
There is no doubt in my mind that the males are abusing the policy and the staff have not done their due diligence to verify that the males might be suffering from the delusion that they are females and therefore permitting them into the female’s most private areas. Staff should put a stop to it. Have a discussion with your principal and school leaders and tell them that unless they put a stop to it, you’ll name and shame the males in all manner of public forums and ensure that the principal’s and staff’s names are shared as well. What would parents say to their male sons when they hear of this poor behavior from their boys? What shame the parents would have when it becomes known that their boys are indecent, perverted peeping Toms?
It is also religious, for the idea of inclusion, as part of DEI, marches against biology and common, known truths. There are only two sexes and the plumbing can not be changed now matter how much mutilation occurs. DEI has become its own dei (Latin singular for god [small case]. When men and women believe they are gods, then they can create anything they believe such as the perverse idea that an individual can change their sex because they think it in their mind. Inclusion is used to force people into accepting such perverse ideas, lest they be branded as homophobes, transphobes, etc. Usage of such language also shows their lack of knowledge for a phobia is a persistent and excessive fear, and if one suffered phobia such as those described, wouldn’t they be running away and fleeing? See, even there, they corrupt language and utilize feelings instead of reason. But they are not gods, rather they are fools who have rejected God’s creation and walked into the arms of Satan who propagates such foolish ideas to trap men and women into his Hell.
Read, think, reason, and study! Two of the previous words are sorely missing from today’s public education which has become an indoctrination center for propaganda and you ladies are stuck right in the middle of a spiritual battle between evil and good. Reject ACPS propaganda. Call and write school board members, demand that your grievance be addressed. Vote against existing board members. Males do not belong in female restrooms. PERIOD.
