TPUSA Western Albemarle High School Family Foundation The Schilling Show

US District Judge, Jasmine H. Yoon, a Biden appointee, has denied an effort to prohibit Victoria Cobb of the Family Foundation from speaking at Western Albemarle High School today.

Plaintiff “J. Doe” asked the court on November 18 for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction against Defendant, Albemarle County School Board, in order to stop Cobb’s presentation entitled, Two Genders, One Truth. The event is being hosted by the Western Albemarle High School chapter of Turning Point USA.

Upon consideration, Judge Yoon opined:

The court finds that Doe has not made a clear showing that they are likely to succeed on the merits of the “deliberate indifference” element of the Title IX claim. Accordingly, the court will deny Doe’s motions for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction.

Thus, today’s event will proceed as planned, behind closed doors and during the lunch hour at Western Albemarle High School.
