The overfunded and counter-productive bureaucracy known as the University of Virginia Office for Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights, apparently is excluding calendar references to Christian holy days and Christianity.

The department’s web site features an “Equity & Inclusion Calendar” that is anything but.

The calendar shows religious “events” for Islam, Hindu, Buddhism, Sikh, and Judaism, but Christianity is not referenced. A direct link to December 25 shows only the Hindu observance of “Geeta Jayanti.” There is no mention of what is perhaps America’s best-known holy day: Christmas.

So much for diversity and inclusion at Mr. Jefferson’s University.
