A recent “Spelling Bee” insert to the Daily Progress depicted a troublous coincidence regarding Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS) participants vs. those from other divisions: all of the ACPS students were pictured with subservience “masks” covering their faces.

Of the 16 total student-participants, six were from Albemarle County (all masked); none of the remaining 10 donned a mask.

In stark contrast to the smiling, confident unmasked youth, all of the ACPS students appeared with dour, lifeless semi-faces as if criminals posing for a mug shot.

Notably, ACPS Superintendent Matt Haas, Ed. D.—a maniacal subservience-mask proponent—was portrayed maskless.
