Several teachers at Western Albemarle High School (WAHS) are secretly collecting—and then concealing from parents—non-conforming student “pronouns” and requested name-changes.
In the form screen-capture below, a WAHS teacher confidentially asks students:
“Is it ok, you use your preferred pronouns and name with your parents?”

Reportedly, these clandestine questionnaires have long been commonplace at Western Albemarle High School and throughout Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS).
These deceptive practices directly violate legally recognized parental rights (Model Policies on Ensuring Privacy, Dignity, and Respect for All Students and Parents in Virginia’s Public Schools Sec II B).
They also contradict provisions of President Trump’s January 29, 2025 Executive Order: Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling.
The Order specifically prohibits schools from directly or indirectly supporting — or “deliberately concealing” — a minor’s “social transition.”
Under the Executive Order, parental rights to student education records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Schools that engage in this kind of deception risk losing federal education funding.
As previously reported by The Schilling Show (Binders and implants: Inside Albemarle County’s secret elementary school transgender advocacy program), in 2022 ACPS teachers and administrators were caught on-camera conspiring with a “non-binary” “consultant” to withhold legally required gender/pronoun disclosures from parents.
Time to name and shame these teachers. No more anonimity, we must return to transparency.
These rebellious indviduals undermine authority. Are they above the laws, rules, and regulations upheld by a civilised society? No, they are not and should be investigated and removed from the classroom for they endanger our youth and are are not trustworthy. They fill children’s minds with lies. They conspire against natural law and order. Deceit is there name and they are legion.
A rotten apple not removed from the bushel of apples will cause all the apples to be rotten. Remove filth.
This would almost be comical if it wasn’t true…..ACPS Board took exception with a recent comment in court by a Commonwealth attorney commenting that they would ‘question the trustworthiness of ACPS’ (paraphrased). ACPS board issued a statement almost immediately defending the ACPS reputation (as repugnant as it is now), yet when parents demand answers about transparency and investigations into the current pedophile situation and Dr. Haas coverups, they are silent for weeks. The silence is deafening. The silence is repugnant. Beholden only to themselves.
The ACPS Board is rotten and the rot runs deep. No one in their right mind should trust them at this point.This blight will not go away until there is a deep cleaning. Tens of tens should be dismissed.
There are good people within this school system but they are marginalized and keep silent for fear of retaliation and losing their employment.
Time to name and shame these teachers. No more anonymity, we must return to transparency and shame.
